This pale, slightly sweet "nectar of the sun" has come to us from the terraced hills of the French Gironde. The quality of sauterne or even its availability depends upon the amount of sunshine the grapes receive during the year. Haut Sauterne has acquired a well-merited popularity.

Rosato has a delicate, well-rounded sweet flavour and is deep pink in colour. Rosato was specially developed for occasions when communion is offered under both species, but it has won many users for other occasions too.

Another member of the muscatel family of wines, this vintage derives from Muscat, a variety of sweet European grape. Light Muscat suggests the sun dried rich flavour of raisins, is sweet and light amber in colour. A favorite of many.

This famous vintage originated in the wine cellars of France and has always been considered as exclusively a sacramental wine. Golden coloured, pleasantly sweet with a delicate bouquet, it bears well the name "Wine of Angels."

An aristocrat of wines, born in the heart of France. The French Court, at Fountainbleu, is said to have provisioned from the "Grand Reserves de Chablis." A dry and tart white wine, Chablis will flatter the palate with its delicate bouquet.

Tokay wine originated in the highlands of Hungary, where the quality of the grape depends more on the sun than on the rain. A red amber wine with a subtle texture and delightful aroma, medium sweet Tokay has a relatively high alcoholic content.

Burgundy is a dry, ruby red wine derived from a special variety of grape. It is full bodied. A traditional 'red-meat' wine, not meant for every taste. Sophisticated palates will find this wine very acceptable.

Based on the Rosato concept, White Rosato is light, sweet and extra mellow, with a delicate straw colour. Very pleasing to the palate.
